CHAPTER ONE

WHAT IS “THE FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES” AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO “THE TIMES OF
THE GENTILES” / “SEVEN TIMES MORE,” STRUCTURING ALL OTHER ESCHATOLOGICAL
PARAMETERS AND MANDATES, AND MOST ESSENTIALLY DANIEL’S 70TH WEEK???

Seventy and Seven Times

In order to answer this
correctly, one needs to be thorough in investigation before one decides
"this means this" and "that means that."

First Consideration:
-
Question:
From where and from what
foundation does Paul use this term "the fullness of the Gentiles" as
so stated in Romans 11:7; 25-27?
-
Answer:
We will first give the
extensive verses that show the proper foundation for enlightenment. It is from
that source Jesus, then Paul and the other Apostles whose letters and writings
we hold authoritative, derived all they said and taught, rebuking at times
those that did not teach from that source. Failure to follow the standard they
held, in later Christendom, brought much confusion and division, Apostle Paul,
himself, laments:
II Timothy 4:1-4
1 I charge thee therefore
before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead
at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be
instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long
suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they
heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn
away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables.

So called "leaders,
scholars, clergy," deviated to first New Testament (NT) compared with NT.
From those inner NT analyses they concluded doctrines, definition of terms.
These then were spurious, off, and in no way supported from the source to which
Jesus and Paul pointed, as the authority for all they taught.

The Law or First Five Books
of the Bible attributed to Moses, joined with Books of the Prophets and other Writings,
that witnessed to that Law, called colloquially the “TaNaK” in Judaism and
universally in English known as the “Old Testament” (OT), IS the proper
foundation. Failure to start here, come to understanding of terms, definitions,
and subject matter, is the root of every misunderstanding. In the author’s experience from the very
beginning with Michael, in 1986 CE, this error of Christendom was made clear as
he gave interpretation that aligned with OT, the Law and the Prophets of true
enlightenment, Isaiah 8:20,
which exposed the fables and fantasies Christendom had created, void of support
from that proper source. The blindness that caused this day to come upon the
world of Christendom at large, as a thief, Joel 2:9-11, I Thess 5:1-11, Revelation 16:15 can be greatly attributed to this unauthorized
interpretation of NT compared to NT, leaving OT as mere stories, and examples
of principles for sermons and Sunday school class. Let us examine the record to
see what David, Jesus, the Apostles, particularly Paul, emphasized as the
source and proof of their message:

Thy word (OT) have I hid
in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

To the law and to the
testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no

word of truth (OT).

the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom
thou hast learned them;

thou hast known the holy scriptures (OT), which are able to make thee wise unto
salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture (OT) is
given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may
be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Having established this first
premise of all Bible research, let us now dissect and consider "the
fullness of the Gentiles," as used in:
-
Romans 11:7; 11:25-27
7 What then? Israel hath
not obtained that which he seeks for; but the election hath obtained it, and
the rest were blinded.
. . .
25 For I would not,
brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in
your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the
fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall
be saved: as it is written, there shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and
shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
-
27 For this is my covenant
unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Question: What or Who are
the Gentiles?
-
Genesis 10:1-5
1 Now these are the
generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were
sons born after the flood.
2 The sons of Japheth;
Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
3 And the sons of Gomer;
Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 And the sons of Javan;
Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 By these were the isles
of the Gentiles divided in their lands; everyone after his tongue, after
their families, in their nations."

The key word in this portion
is "isles" showing, when looking at the geography moving out in all
directions from Jerusalem, can only be west and north. Here those of note are
Cyprus, Crete, Sicily, Malta, Sardinia, Corsica, and approaching Spain: the
Balearic Islands. Even closer scrutiny shows Greece is composed of
"1200 to 6000, where between 166 and 227 Islands are inhabited".

Once coming to the major
waterways in between Syria and Turkey and examining nations all through the
north or predominantly Europe, with emphasis on waterways as borders, even some
in western Asia, many are in the classic sense of the word an island, which is "a
tract of land completely surrounded by water, and not large enough to be called
a continent".
-
Now of course there were
crossover areas when the sons of Japheth and the sons of Shem mixed, coinhabited,
and intermarried to this day, such as Turkey (Gomer,
Togarmah). Stretching then north and
east from Asia Minor we find the dynasties interacting with Jerusalem and
Israel, beginning with Assyria in 700's BCE, and then in the 600s to 400s BCE
Babylon, Media-Persia, then moving strictly north and west again with Greece,
and Rome. It is here we get the connection in the Bible of the
"north," beginning with the Babylonian Empire of Nebuchadnezzar:

Jeremiah 25:9-11
9 Behold, I will send and
take all the families of the north, saith the Lord, and Nebuchadnezzar the king
of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the
inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will
utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual
desolations.
10 Moreover I will take
from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the
bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the
light of the candle.
11 And this whole land
shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the
king of Babylon seventy years.

Question: Just how far
north of Jerusalem and yet south from this crossover area of Asia Minor /
Turkey (Gomer, Togarmah) does the Bible mark as "Gentile"?
-
First, the word in Strong's is H1471 translated in the KJV as
"Gentiles" also is translated as "nations," the same word
in Hebrew "goy” and in the plural as “goyim”. Now to understand the mindset moving into
translation, we can see Hebrew to English is awkward to translate Gen 10:5
thusly:
-
Genesis 10:5
By these were the isles of
the GENTILES divided in their lands; everyone after his tongue, after their
families, in their GENTILES (NATIONS).
-
Therefore, since H1471 can be translated either “nations” or
“Gentiles,”
-
1) - The indigenous inhabits
or the people are "Gentiles,"
-
2) - The geographic area,
having borders, boundaries and government are "nations" where the
"Gentiles" dwelt or lived.
-
Thus, in English, properly
translated from H1471, KJV renders:
-
Genesis 10:5
By these were the isles of
the Gentiles divided in their lands; everyone after his tongue, after their
families, in their nations.
-
When we go to the Book of Judges,
we find the next reference using that root, but translated "Gentiles,"
is with regard to the enemies, not under the commonwealth of Israel at all. Be
they, descendants of Shem, Japheth, or leftover Canaanites that Israel failed
to destroy, they were not of Israel and considered enemies when in contest with
Israel and Jerusalem.
-
According to Judges 4,
this was the area associated with the River Kishon (Qishon) which
is in northern Palestine / Canaan,
just north, outside of ancient Samaria and exits into the Mediterranean Sea in
the middle of the metropolis of Haifa.
-
So, the answer is:
-
The area north of the Kishon
River, biblically, was the Gentiles, nations NOT OF ISRAEL, and composed the
families of the north of Jeremiah 25:9-11 quoted above, considered
"enemies" of Israel when there was contestation leading to war,
certainly since Nebuchadnezzar. As also seen there in Jeremiah, they came
against Israel and even other nations south of that River Kishon, time and time
again. They would begin conquest from either the northeast, such as Babylon and
later Medo-Persia, or northwest, such as Greece and Rome. They would then move
south and capture Canaan on into Egypt and northern Africa, some even battling
as far as areas of India, as we find with Alexander the Great.

Paul states also
concerning these:
-
Ephesians 2:11-12
11 Wherefore remember,
that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision
by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye
were without Christ, being ALIENS FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL, AND
STRANGERS FROM THE COVENANTS OF PROMISE, having no hope, and without God in the
world:

Timing structure
whereby to understand "the Fullness of the Gentiles:"
-
Before we come to the flood of Noah’s time and the division of the families
from his three sons, just after Adam and Eve were ousted from the Garden of
Eden, we are given our first clear mathematical formula as to how God deals
with unbelief and disobedience. We perceive in Genesis 4: 1-24, in verse 24 specifically, “Seventy and Sevenfold (Seventy and Seven
Times),” used when dealing with the mark of self-determination, not yielding to
the Sovereignty of God, opposed to righteous Abel, even to the point Cain’s
disdain reached murder carried forward in his descendant Lamech. This contrast
is given in I John 3.
-
This
formula is next stated concerning Israel and its disobedience and unbelief
under the Law of Moses in Lev
26:14-17, revealed as “Seventy,” in Jer 25:1-11, Jer 29:10-14, and Lev
26:18-19 “Sevenfold” or “Seven Times,” those Seven Times expanded in the
prophecy of Daniel 11-12 from the Persian Empire through the final resurrection
and coming of Michael the Great Prince, in the Second coming or final APPEARING
of Messiah. Messiah’s First Ministry, fall 26 – spring 30 CE, occurred
inside of, encapsulated within this formula. The “Seven Times more,” Lev
26:18-39, started in 537 BCE, after Israel’s failure to repent from 607 – 537
BCE, the Babylonian Captivity of indeed 70 years, Daniel
9:1-19. The significance of this fact is precisely that to which Paul
pointed, called “blindness in part is happened to Israel.”

Leviticus 26:14-19
14 But if ye will not
hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 And if ye shall despise
my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my
commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 I also will do this
unto you; I will even appoint over you terror,
consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes (BLINDNESS OR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING), and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed
in vain, for your enemies (Gentiles
of the north) shall eat it.
17 And I will set my face
against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies (Gentiles of the north): they that hate you shall
reign over you (Empires over Israel in her judgment);
and ye shall flee when none pursues you.

This "flee when none
pursues" is seen upon a meticulous reading of Jeremiah 27 through to the end of Jeremiah, during this time from 607- 537 BCE. Israel was told
to serve the king of Babylon, in order to live peaceably until the judgment was
over. Yet, they defiled the Law further concerning releasing the bond slaves in
"the year of release" and intensified the judgment, and so ran to
Egypt 'unnecessarily,' or "when none pursues." If they had dwelt
under the king of Babylon’s rule and kept the Law rightly on this matter, there
would have been no need to flee, but so doing brought the judgment on them,
even in Egypt, from the king of Babylon, as prophesied to them by Jeremiah due
to this disobedience.

Leviticus 26:18-19
18 And if ye will not yet
for all this hearken unto me (by
the end of the 70 years, 607-537 BCE),
then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
-
ENEMIES: GENTILES FROM THE
NORTH - Probationary Period failed,
yields full punishment continues still, entering the 20th century:
-
WHAT ALL OF CHRISTENDOM
HAS MISSED AND WHY: The first
foundation of all bible eschatology dictated by Lev 26:14-17
and then Lev 26:18-46:
-
It is under this timing
already begun in 537 BCE, that Jesus stated, in 26-30 CE, even he did not know
the day nor the hour he would return, Mark 13:32, Acts 1:6-7. Certainly the smaller
timing from his leaving and Pentecost in 30 CE unto his return IS DETERMINED INDEED
BY THIS GREATER, ALL ENCOMPASSING, LEV 26:18-19, “SEVEN TIMES MORE.”
-
It is dictated FIRST and
FOREMOST by a full understanding of the Babylonian Captivity, a PROBATIONARY
PERIOD to see if Israel would nationally repent, 70 years, 607 - 537 BCE. This
is carried in full display in Lev 26:14-17 and quantified in Jer 25:1-11, Jer
29:10-14, Dan 9:1-19 and, upon not
nationally repenting, was followed immediately in 537 BCE with “Seven Times
more” Leviticus 26:18-19.
-
KEY POINT: The characteristics of that 70 years judgment are carried over and
continued in the Seven Times more. The two of greatest concern are “I will
even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the
burning ague, that shall consume the eyes (BLINDNESS OR LACK OF
UNDERSTANDING),” AND… “they that hate you shall reign over you (Empires
over Israel in her judgment).” Pure logic correctly reasons that when the
Seven Times more is over, blindness is removed, and Israel has its own
government, which would eventually remove answering to the Gentiles in
dominance over the Holy Land, Lev 26:40-42. This
was certainly NOT the case under Old Rome, at the time of Jesus and the
Apostles 26-70 CE, John passing away in around 100 CE.
-
Although a nation of its own
now, since 1947 / 48, taking the ancient territories in 1967, of the Golan
Heights from Syria, and Samaria, Judea, and the grand prize the Holy Temple
Mount from Jordan, and Sinai Peninsula and Gaza from Egypt, Dan 7:24-27,
it was not able to stand without dependence upon Revived Rome / UN / USA, the
FIFTH and final Gentile Empire over Israel. It was exceedingly clear that any final
word of rulership, and executive action, although claimed otherwise by many,
was out of Washington, D.C. USA, chief constituent of the United Nations world
government body. This awaited proper government solely under the Sovereignty of
God, with Messiah at the head of government, Isa 9:6-7, Ezek 21:24-27, Hos 3:4-5, Jer 23:1-8, unseen prior to this recent day, in public
manifestation.
-
Since the end of the Babylonian Captivity of probationary judgement, the Seven
Times more began in spring 537 BCE under the Persian Empire and ran
unmanifested as complete, entering the 20th Century forward. Israel remained in
blindness, lack of spiritual eyes to understand, with the Gentile Empires
having control / reign over them. Their relationship with God was even as iron
and brass, the most inferior of metals, rather than the gold and silver of divine
supremacy they have been promised over the nations in leadership, Zechariah 13:8-9, recognized now in fulfillment of Israel’s repentance and reception of
Messiah at this time.
-
Due to the failure of Israel
to nationally repent under the above stated probationary judgment of Lev 26:14-17,
the record is clear:
-
Daniel 9:1-19 (Selected)
. . . Daniel understood by
books, the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah
the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of
Jerusalem.
. . .
12 And he hath confirmed
his words, which he spake against us, and against our
judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole
heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
13 As it is written in the
law of Moses (this is specifically
Lev 26:14-17), all this evil is come
upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn
from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.

This is "teshuva," repent of the past and “metanoia”
Strong’s G#3341 change one’s mind, by
greater enlightenment and understanding of truth, taking fresh new direction
from that point forward. Failure to come to repentance, then shows the
Babylonian Captivity is IMMEDIATELY followed by Lev 26:18-19,
a LONG (“the time appointed was long,” Dan 10:1)
judgment delineated in Dan 11:1 through Dan 12:1, beginning in 537 BCE, under Persia, Greece, Old
Rome, and Revived Rome / UN / USA. As we will continue to reveal, now that it
is passed and Michael is here to give understanding, since spring 1984, this
time ran from March 18/19, Passover / Pesach, 537 BCE, 7 times or 7 x 360 years
to March 18/19, 1984, the first day outside of the this 2520 years according to
Leviticus 26:18-39.

A “TIME” IS 360.
-
How do we know a time is 360? It is in perceiving the “time, times, and half time,” Daniel
7:24-27, we understand it is also
called “1260 days,” by comparing Rev 12:6 and
12:14.
Therefore, it is easily seen mathematically that a “time” is 360. It is thus we
further understand that “Time” (360) + “Times” (2 x 360) + “one half of a time”
(1/2 x 360) = 1260, which renders as well, 7 times of 360 = 2520.

Babylon Is Not Part of
the Four Empires
Babylon Is Probation of
70 Years

BCE Starts the Seven Times More
Under the Four Empires
– Persia, Greece, Old Rome, and Revived Rome / UN / USA

POINT OF CONFUSION FOR SOME,
here eliminated by clear
distinction:
-
The Babylon Empire was certainly Gentile BUT IS NOT COUNTED IN THE SEVEN TIMES
MORE OF LEVITICUS 26:18-39, it was solely the “70” of the precedent established against
disobedience and unbelief in Gen 4:24 “Seventy and Sevenfold,” that was later exercised in the formal Law of Moses
as Seventy and Seven Times. It is imperative to keep this clear that the “70”
was the Babylonian Captivity, and the “Seven Times” was immediately after,
headed by the transition in the spurious return against Daniel’s counsel, Daniel 9:13; 10:13, where he did not join that return, fall 539 to spring 537 BCE,
although he dearly loved Jerusalem, Daniel 6:10.
Therefore the 607 – 537 BCE, “70,” ends, and the “Seven Times” begins
simultaneously in spring 537 BCE.

Second Witness – Scriptures
of the Prophets Augmenting Lev 26:18-39 Timing, Hosea 3:4-5:
-
Hosea 3:4-5
4 For the children of
Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without
a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:
5 Afterward shall the
children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God, and David their king;
and shall fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days.
-
This later prophecy mirrors and augments Lev 26:18-39,
separating in from Lev 26:14-17, Jer 25:1-11; 29:10-14 as well. During the Babylonian Captivity, the
probationary period to see if Israel would repent, ISRAEL INDEED HAD A LIVING
RECOGNIZED KING:

Jer 52:31-34
31 And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of
Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, in the five and twentieth day
of the month, that Evilmerodach king of Babylon in
the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and
brought him forth out of prison.
32 And spake kindly unto
him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in
Babylon,
33 And changed his prison
garments: and he did continually eat bread before him
all the days of his life.
34 And for his diet, there
was a continual diet given him of the king of Babylon, every day a portion
until the day of his death, all the days of his life.

This negates any inclusion of
the 70-Year Babylonian Captivity probationary period as within, or as a part of,
the “Seven Times more,” of Lev 26:18-39.
AFTER the Babylonian Captivity, 607 – 537 BCE, and beginning in spring 537 BCE,
these items, OTHER THAN A KING, did return. However,
they were NEVER legitimately recognized by the shekinah glory of the Lord
entering that Second Temple, as it did indeed come upon Solomon’s original,
first temple, I Kings 8.
-
This clarifies that the judgment of Lev 26:18-39 qualified by Hosea 3:4-5
later, started spring 537 BCE, immediately OUTSIDE of the
Babylonian Captivity, within which 70 years a king of Judah / Israel WAS
recognized. Under the Seven Times more from 537 BCE, full nation status was NOT
granted. Israel was only allowed territorial province status under whatever
Gentile Empire was dominant from Persia on.

A Reprieve Only
-
They were dealt with by the Prophets in attempts to bring national repentance,
the minor prophets Zechariah, Haggai, and Malachi. This led to the final
prophet, John the Baptist, calling Israel to repent, introducing the Messiah.
There never was full return to God, although it appears to be under Nehemiah
and certainly the reforms of Ezra. It was the Decree of the Persian King Artaxerxes,
from which the accurate count from fall 458 BCE to fall 26 CE totaled 69 Weeks
of years or 483 years to the start of the 70th Week, the time of
Messiah to confirm the covenant as given in Daniel 9:24-27. We will further
address this later here, as well as in other chapters of this publication BABYLON
IS FALLEN.

A hidden mystery until revealed by Messiah returned:
-
No scholars or Christian
leaders have understood this Seventy and Sevenfold, Gen 4:24 precedent, moving
to the most important timing mandate, Seventy and Seven Times, Lev 26:14-42, neither
in “Dispensationalist,” OR... “Preterist,” ranks. They did NOT give it the
proper FIRST PRIORITY TIMING, as has the author and his mentor Michael.
Therefore, they were in great blindness whereby this day is now upon them like
a thief in the night! So, has been the Will of the Almighty in order to
now have only one, Daniel 10:21, stand alone to open these mysteries, Daniel 12:4-7, Rev 5:1-7, unchallenged at this time, when all other mouths are
shut due to this planned obsolescence of the Creator.

In 539 BCE began the
Medo-Persia Empire, two years prior to the 537 BCE entry into this LONG, “the
time appointed was long,” Daniel 10:1,
judgment that had an UNREVEALED point of ending, as to exact timing, in the
coming of Messiah to deliver Israel finally. This judgment of Lev 26:18-19,
on the Nation of Israel, runs from 537 BCE into the 20th Century, NOT stopping
at the more recent Israeli - Arab, Six Day War of 1967. It is revealed ONLY when it ends. Clearly it HAS
terminated when Messiah is publicly present, in his Second Coming, THE
APPEARING PUBLICLY ON THE GROUND IN JERUSALEM to bring the world to come, the
judgment first and then the Eutopia of which all the Prophets and the Apostles
speak. It has been by the same age-old formula, “Jew first and also the Greek / Gentile.”

just what Peter said to Israel in Acts 3, soon after Pentecost, about this same
timing, Lev 26:18-19,
which ends in Lev 26:40-42,
in blessing to a very physical people Israel. Please make sure to watch the
language of Acts 3 and how it corresponds to Lev 26:18-19
and Lev 26:40-42
directly in emphasis:

11 And as the lame man,
which was healed, held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in
the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
12 And when Peter saw it,
he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why
look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made
this man to walk?
13 The God of Abraham, and
of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus;
whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was
determined to let him go.

One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;

Please note that this is
exactly where the Nation of Israel was left, Jesus’ suffering and dying and
then being buried. The nation steered by the Chief Priests and Scribes to
execute him by crucifixion, never saw the resurrection or anything of Messiah
forward of his personal presence, Luke 13:34-35.
Let us look briefly at Daniel 9:24-27
before we continue with Peter's oration and appeal here in Acts 3:

Daniel 9:24-27
24 Seventy weeks are
determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression,
and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to
bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and
to anoint the most Holy.

This is the answer of God
through Gabriel to Daniel in his consternation, upon "thy [Daniel's]
people [Israel] and thy [Daniel's] city [Jerusalem] for the six things stated
for deliverance in totality. It must transpire by this prophecy for 70 Weeks or
the FULL 490 years being 70 Weeks of years, NOT STOPPING AT 69 Weeks, 483
years, or for 69 and 1/2 Weeks, or 486 and 1/2 years, in order for the stipulated
covenant to be confirmed, thus fulfilled, and released in blessing. Again, this
is for 490 full and finished years. KEY POINT: There are no Gentile
concerns here whatsoever in “thy people” and “thy city.”

Daniel 9:25
Know therefore and
understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to
build Jerusalem UNTO the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and
threescore and two weeks (69 TOTAL
WEEKS): the street shall be built
again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

Explicitly we have only 69
Weeks or 483 years covered UNTO "Messiah the Prince," with NO
mention, as in verse 26-27, of "cut-off" or "in the midst of the
week." The word Messiah meaning "The Anointed the Prince," or
"Anointed the Prince," does not come forth until 69 Weeks are over,
finished, AND THEN he steps forth for service. THIS BEGINS THE 70TH WEEK.

Daniel 9:26-27
26 And after threescore
and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of
the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the
end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are
determined.
27 And he shall confirm
the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week, he shall
cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of
abominations he shall make it desolate, even UNTIL THE CONSUMMATION, and that
determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Messiah does not come forth
for service until 69 Weeks are completed, finished, and THEN begins his
service:

But when the FULLNESS OF
TIME WAS COME, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

In short and to our point:
We
count the 70 Weeks of years from fall 458 BCE, Decree in the hands of Ezra the
Priest and Scribe according to Ezra 7, Deut 17:8-13, and Psalms 122, with proper Torah
credentials to establish judges and magistrates in governmental infrastructure
(See Ezra 7:25) which gives 69 Weeks, 483
years, to the fall of 26 CE for the beginning of the 70th Week.

Simultaneously, when the 69th
Week ended, or WHEN THE FULLNESS OF THE 69 WEEKS CAME IN, the 70th Week began,
next tick of the clock, as time always does. Additionally, after the first block
or group of time of Daniel 9:25, 7 weeks of 49 years for building, and after
the next or second block or group of time of 62 weeks or 434 years, thus
totaling 69 Weeks of 7 plus 62, which is 483 years of 49 plus 434, Messiah is
cut-off.

Question: How could
Messiah start service immediately when 69 Weeks or 483 years are ended, and be
immediately cut-off at the same time, or must this be taken in concert with
verse 26-27?
-
The clear understanding is in
concert with verse 26-27 by perceiving the "HOW LONG" >>>
AFTER <<< 69 weeks or 483 years, Messiah is cut-off. This was 1/2 Week
or 3 and 1/2 years into the 70th Week, after ministering from fall
26 CE unto spring 30 CE as it states, "in the midst of the week shall he
cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease."

And Samuel said, Hath the
Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the
voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken
than the fat of rams.

with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the

which are offered by the law;

to do thy will, O God. He takes away the first, that he may establish the

are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

ANOTHER KEY POINT:
-
Solely with regard to Israel,
and to Jerusalem, as stated concerning that party with whom the prophecy of Daniel 9:24 is
directed, it ended TEMPORARILY in a breach by them killing the very PARTY
through whom the prophecy was to be "confirmed" for
"deliverance" in totality: Messiah. IT REMAINS UNFULFILLED, NOT
MANIFESTED UNTIL THIS DAY OF FULL UNDERSTANDING, WHEN ALL THE PROPHECIES ARE
FINISHED, WHERE THE LAST 3 AND 1/2 YEARS STILL REMAINED FOR MESSIAH TO FULFILL
AS OF 30 CE FORWARD. This timing is given as future in Daniel 7:24-27,
Daniel 12:1-7,
and Rev 10 through 13, stated as “time, times and a dividing of time,” “time, times and a
half,” 3 and ½ days (day for a year so actually 3 and ½ years), “42 months,”
and “1260 days.”

The very next event,
consequent on the rejection of Messiah is given as:
"... and the people (Romans)
of the prince (Titus) that shall come shall destroy the city and the
sanctuary (70 CE);"
-
Now with 3 and 1/2 years, the
Last Half of Daniel’s 70th Week, unfulfilled by Messiah, as it
states "... he (Messiah) shall confirm the covenant with many for one
week," NO OTHER PARTY CAN FULFILL IT!!! This means NOT Stephen in Acts 7, not
Saul’s conversion in Acts 9, nor Cornelius’ conversion in Acts 10. No Apostle
nor a 70 CE destruction could accomplish this. Certainly, any ethereal secret
"this or that" projected by would be interpreters, or anything
Josephus reported, fulfilled the 70th Week as to the Last Half cutoff at the
cross and Pentecost. It was never fulfilled for the release of
deliverance, nationally to Israel and Jerusalem stated in verse 24.

Now, we will continue with
Acts 3 at verse 18.

Act 3:18-26
18 But those things, which
God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should
suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
19 Repent ye therefore,
and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of
refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
20 And he shall send Jesus
Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21 Whom the heaven must
receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by
the mouth of all his holy prophets (OT) since the world began.
22 For Moses truly said
unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your
brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say
unto you.
23 And it shall come to
pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed
from among the people.
24 Yea, and all the prophets
from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
25 Ye are the children of
the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto
Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
26 Unto you first God,
having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every
one of you from his iniquities.

Question: After the end of
3 and 1/2 years of the 70th Week where Jesus’s suffering is all the nation of
Israel saw as stated in verse 18, Peter then picks up the gauntlet in hope of
FINISHING WHAT?
-
Answer: NOTHING, AT ALL,
EXCEPT, UNLESS, THE CONTINGENCY IS MET, that Israel repents, so that Messiah could
be recognized, thus finishing “all things” of his intent in coming and which
the Prophets had prophesied beginning with the FINISH OF THE LAST HALF OF
DANIEL'S 70TH WEEK, NOT FINISHED WHEN HE DIED, AND ROSE AND LATER LEFT, ASCENDED
INTO HEAVEN.

teaching that this time, the 70th Week of Daniel 9:24-27,
was still running, as Peter spoke or until the stoning of Stephen, IS proven
wrong, in deception away from truth when Messiah has returned and revealed the
fulfillment, confirmation, of the Last Half of the 70th Week, Daniel 9:24-27,
from spring 1984 through fall 1987, strictly with Israel, secretly hidden from
the world, including the following judgment that did “sit,” Daniel 7:24-27,

Why Was Peter Looking for
This at the Time of his Speech in Acts 3???
-
This expectation of Peter was
due to the fact that Messiah fulfilled only the first half of the 70th Week,
and just HOW did he do that??? It was by being physically present
for the period which Daniel 9:24-27
said he must be, IN ORDER TO so fulfill that 70th Week. He was with them forty
days after he arose from the grave, Acts 1:3.
Therefore, HE WAS GONE TEN DAYS BEFORE PENTECOST, Acts 1-2:1.
THE TIME STOPPED AT THAT POINT OF HIS DEATH AND BURIAL FOR THE PARTY (the
Nation of Israel and Jerusalem, Daniel's people and city) TO WHOM THE PROPHECY
OF DANIEL 9:24
WAS MADE. Therefore, no Messiah on the ground with Daniel's people Israel,
concerning Daniel's city Jerusalem, EQUALS no time transpiring, leaving the
Last Half of the 70th Week FOR WHEN HE COMES BACK. This is the first and prime
reason HE HAD TO RETURN.

40 If they shall confess

CIRCLE TO THE FACT:
Jesus, nor Peter, nor Paul,
nor I, nor any reader here could have manifested the end of the incalculable
timing of Leviticus 26:18-19, "Seven Times more," before Messiah was back, ending it, and
therefore revealed it. This is when the Gentiles of the north ceased ruling
over Israel. This was the end of the "Times of the Gentiles," Luke 21:24,
when Jerusalem, Daniel's city, no longer remained "trodden down" of
the Gentiles, via proper government of the Sovereignty of God being present for
Israel’s and eventually the world’s deliverance in Messiah, Isa 9:6-7, Dan 12:1-7, Rev 10:7.

When Lev 26:18-19, which is indeed Luke 21:24 is ended:
-
. . . the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. And he
shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you (Nation of Israel):

So, what is “the Fullness
of the Gentiles”???
-
Answer: It is indeed WHEN
the Seven Times more is completed, Messiah is no longer retained or no longer remains
in heaven. He returns to complete what was cut off or cut short at the cross
for Israel. Jerusalem is no longer trodden down of the Gentiles because Israel
has the “times of refreshing” by virtue of Messiah being present, fulfilling Daniel 9:24-27, as to the Last Half of the 70th Week NOT
confirmed due to the termination at the cross. When the Times of the Gentiles
are filled up, “fullness of the Gentiles,” all 7 x 360, the 2520 years
completed, he is present again
fulfilling, confirming that Last Half of the 70th Week and prepared
to dispense the blessing, beginning with proper government and rule, Isa 9:6-7, Isa 40:1-2, Hos 3:4-5, Ezek 21:24-27.

7 What then? Israel hath
not obtained that which he seeks for; but the election (remnant)
hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded."

brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in
your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until THE
FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES be come in.(Lev 26:18-46, Luke 21:24 timing has run its course, finished, completed, "COME IN.")
26 And so all Israel shall
be saved: as it is written, there shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and
shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: (As in Acts 3 - " and he shall send Jesus, whom the heavens must
receive until the time of the restitution of all things.")

unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

This is within the full
blessing of Daniel 9:24,
an end to sins, finish the transgression, reconcile iniquity,
bring in everlasting righteousness, seal up the vision and prophecy, and
anoint the Most Holy with the SECOND anointing, even as David had to have,
before he could reign: one from God, I Sam 16:1-13, and then one from all Israel, II Sam 5:1-5. Messiah
had one anointing in his First Ministry from God, witnessed by John the
Baptist, Mark 1:9-11,
but never received the second anointing from Israel as David so did.

FINAL ENTRY, SUMMARY, AND
CONCLUSION

Hosea 3:4-5
4 For the children of
Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without
a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:
5 Afterward shall the
children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God, and David their king;
and shall fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days.

All is well in the end
product:
-
It is said to end in a time
of Israel seeking "David their king" (Messiah, the Son of David), and
when they shall "fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days"
which is scheduled to arrive LONG AFTER the end of a carnal kingship, animal
sacrifices ceasing, and human priesthood (ephod worn by the priest Exodus 28:4, I Sam 2:28; 14:3) is no longer a present practice. These things, being
last terminated in 30 – 70 CE, show this timing of Lev 26:18-46
and Hosea 3:4-5
is still running well into the 20th Century. However, it is NOW manifested as
ended today when proper government of the Sovereignty of God through Messiah is
in place in Jerusalem. Blessing to the world is solidified to all nations, upon
receiving that authority, according to Zechariah 14:8-21.

IMPORTANCE, YET LIMIT ON
70 CE SIGNIFICANCE:

Ezekiel 21:24-27
24 Therefore thus saith
the Lord God; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your
transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear;
because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the
hand.
25 And thou, profane
wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end, (Dan 9:24, “reconciliation for iniquity”)
26 Thus saith the Lord
God; Remove the diadem and take off the crown (wrong government): this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low
and abase him that is high (This
is not a military destruction, but rather a VOLUNTARY change of government.
Israel is instructed to remove the wicked government at this time and install
proper government).
27 I will overturn (586 BCE),
overturn (70 CE), overturn (after
1967 CE), it: and it shall be no
more, until he come whose right it is (The proper government was here in 1984 but the judgment did “sit,” Daniel 7:24-27, and move from the finish of the 70th Week
by Messiah present fall 1987, to the current manifestation fulfilling all
prophesies of the end time as we perceive done and completing now.)

fullness of the Gentiles be come in," Rom 11:25-27,

"the Times of the Gentiles" finished in the blessing of Lev 26:40-42, Act 3:19-20 ".

The monumental date of 70 CE
was ONLY the SECOND OVERTURN of full government in Jerusalem and Israel, where
586 BCE and 70 CE are only TWO of the THREE overturns prescribed prophetically
in Ezek 21:24-27
ending in Messiah, "he whose right it is" to rule from Jerusalem,
extending to the Nile and Euphrates Rivers, and then the world. This left the
FINAL OVERTURN still future after 70 CE. It is at THAT time of the THIRD
OVERTURN, as it occurs in our day, and NOT BEFORE, that the fulfillment never
realized YET, of Isa 9:6-7,
"government on his shoulder," is manifested on the ground physically
out of Jerusalem, as called for in Dan 2:41-45,
Dan 7:24-27,
and Dan 11:40-12:7.

THIS IS "THE FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES," THAT DOMINATION FILLED UP, SPRING
1984, THE LAST YEAR EXPIRED OF Lev 26:18-39, ending in Lev 26:40-42, COMPLETED AND THEREFORE REMOVED OVER ISRAEL AND
JERUSALEM, BY MESSIAH. HIS PROPER GOVERNMENT UNDER THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD, BEING

the order of events of Messiah present again, reinforced as this publication

First – We have the swinging door, simultaneous event, of
Messiah returning spring 1984, which closes behind him the “Seven Times” of Lev 26:18-39,

EPILOGUE TO CHAPTER ONE: WHAT THE
TIMES OF THE GENTILES,
THE FULLNESS OF THE

The Times of the Gentiles, which end of same is the Fullness of the Gentiles,
is totally understood from the Law of Moses in the Law and the Prophets of the
OT, starting as the precedent formula against unbelief and disobedience, even
before the time of Jacob and the tribes in Genesis 4:24, “Seventy and Sevenfold.” It is carried forward
later against Israel in unbelief and disobedience, after their failure to
NATIONALLY repent at the end of the 70 years, and began in 537 BCE according to
Lev 26:18-46, and qualified further by Hosea 3:4-5,
Ezekiel 21:24-27, etc., as we have
given above. It is a solid and firm negative; therefore, a judgment totally.
It is applied solely to the NATION of physical Israel, in unbelief, since the
faulty and spurious return against Daniel’s counsel from fall of 539 BCE
bringing them to Jerusalem by spring 537 BCE.

Daniel 9:13 and 10:13 shows Daniel did not go with them due to their hasty
move and wrong condition, with no Messiah or Deliverer to lead them as in the
days of Moses, or particularly David, Son of David, a king, as Jeremiah 23:1-8
stipulated that a proper return should have. It ended in no return of the
shekinah glory, and was filled with malaise, constant problems, and repeated
rebukes by the Prophets, Zechariah, Haggai, and Malachi. It is thus the Seven
Times more judgment / punishment with their enemies, the Gentiles in reign and
domination over them, Lev 26:17, was
extended past the “70” of the Babylonian Captivity, into immediately spring 537
BCE, the Seven Times more.

THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAUL’S GOSPEL AT
ALL!!!

IT IS RATHER THE ALL ENCOMPASSING, LARGER TIME PERIOD OF JUDGMENT, A NEGATIVE
AGAINST ISRAEL AS A NATION. Within that broad negative, via the cross or
rejection of Messiah by Israel, symbolized by the cross of 30 CE, there is the
manifold wisdom of God to have Paul come forth with a blessing, a total positive,
THE GOSPEL OF GRACE GOING TO THE GENTILES TO CALL OUT OF THE NATIONS, A REMNANT
FOR THE NAME OF THE LORD, AWAITING THE RETURN OF MESSIAH TO END THAT TIME OF
THAT CALLING OUT, “THE AGE OF GRACE,” I Thessalonians 1:1-10.

Therefore, it is imperative not to mix the classic “apples with oranges,” via
including one as being the other, FOR THEY ARE NOT. The time of the call to the
Gentile remnant, termed colloquially “The Age of Grace” IS NOT “The Times of
the Gentiles, nor “The Fullness of the Gentiles” WHATSOEVER. It is rather the
bucket of oranges sitting in the top part of the barrel of apples.

PRIOR TO THE FINAL APPEARING
THE OPEN DOOR TO THE GENTILES - THE AGE OF GRACE

Until the return of Messiah, the message in Jerusalem went into a
perversion that ended in the destructions of 66 - 135
CE. Earlier, even as the message in Jerusalem went into decay, it was the
Apostle Paul's message Acts
9, Rom 9-11, Eph 2-3, an interim message called the Gospel of Grace,
that opened a door for Jews that accepted Jesus in his rejection by Israel, and
predominantly Gentiles after Peter introduced same to Messiah in Acts
10. This was access for both Jews and Gentiles in a called-out company,
"ecclesia," "the church," which is NOT, NOR REPLACED,
Israel. It is rather composed of those receiving Christ from Israel, the
remnant of Israel, joined by the remnant from the nations, Gentiles, to have
access direct to the faith of Abraham, as one body by the cross, which is the
marker of the rejection of Messiah, through the ministry of the Apostle Paul,
as stated in Lev 23:22, Acts
15:7-18, again Rom 9-11, Eph 2-3, and Gal 3.

This also went into corruption as stated in [Matt
13:36-43, Acts 20:16-31, II Cor 11 and 12, II Tim 3, II Tim 4:1-4, II Peter 2,
I and II John, Jude, Rev 12].

THEREFORE, in order to make the transition in the next major turn, at
the end time, in progression of God's Great Purpose and Plan, all Christendom,
and the Nation of Israel as well, must be seen, at first in this transition, as
being enemies of full and plain truth revealed by Messiah. This is due to many
things, not the least of which is the confusion that has set in, within the
Last and Perilous times currently upon us, by Divine Design, caused by
rejecting the OT first by Judaism for their false Talmudic views, called Oral Torah Tradition.
Christendom has only followed suit by privately interpreting NT in commentaries
with views not even found in the OT, making much of their teaching fable, as
stated by Paul in II
Tim 4:3-4.

YET out of it all, the tents of Judah, the seat of government in
Jerusalem, is converted FIRST as seen in Gen
49:10, Ezek 21:24-27, and clearly in Zech 12:7, when the
government is established publicly in finality upon "Messiah's shoulder,"
Isa
9:6-7.

"THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES" VERSUS "THE AGE OF
GRACE" – ONE >>>> WITHIN <<<< THE OTHER, BUT
>>> NOT <<< THE OTHER.

The TIME THAT IS LONG as Daniel stated in Dan
10:1, the judgment on Israel, Lev
26:18-39 delineated in Dan
11:1-12:1, that started in 537 BCE, due to no repentance NATIONALLY as Daniel
laments in Dan
9:13, the Seven Times More, the Times of the Gentiles of Luke
21:24, ended when Messiah returned in spring 1984 for Israel, Rom
11:7; 11:25-27, starting the process to bring Israel to Lev
26:40-42, Acts 3:14-21. This fulfilled / confirmed the Last Half of the
70th Week, those remaining 3 and 1/2 years, spring 1984 – fall 1987, of the
70th Week, called also "time and times and the dividing of time,"
that marks the end time in Dan
7:24-27 and Dan 12:1-7, called equally in Rev 10-13, "42
months" and "1260 days.”

With the spring 1984 beginning of this Last Half of the 70th Week,
also ended the smaller period of 30 CE to 1984, the Age of Grace, AT THE SAME
TERMINATION POINT, of that greater timing of 537 BCE to 1984, the Times of the
Gentiles of Lev
26:18-39, Luke 21:24.

The Age of Grace, beginning in 30 CE, being the open door to the Gentiles, A
POSITIVE AND BLESSING, while Israel was in blindness since spring 537 BCE and
thus rejected Messiah, A NEGATIVE AND PUNISHMENT OR JUDGMENT, BOTH close, end,
cease to exist, SIMULTANEOUSLY. They both finish SIMULTANEOUSLY in the coming
of Messiah to fulfill to Israel, deal with the Nation of Israel, on the ground,
personally out of Jerusalem, manifesting the fulfillment of Dan
9:24-27 as to the final end of all promised "the consummation."

This "consummation" is that which did not come, a complete
bestowal of all blessing to Israel, and the removal of the oppression of the
Gentile dominance. This is due to the fact Jesus DID NOT confirm of THE
Covenant of the Law of Moses quantification upon the original Covenant of God
with Abraham, entirely being cut off in the midst of the 70th Week
of Daniel 9:24-27. This left the Last Half of Daniel's 70th Week unfulfilled,
and not confirmed, thus remaining for Messiah and only he to confirm, as Dan
9:24 states: to “thy” [Daniel's people: Israel] and to “thy” [Daniel's
city: Jerusalem].

These two time periods establish “how and when” Daniel’ 70th Week is
apportioned and fulfilled. The GREATER ONE from 537 BCE, a negative on Israel, "the Times of the
Gentiles" and the lesser one from 30 CE, a positive to the remnant
of Israel and the remnant of the Gentiles, "the Age of Grace," terminate SIMULTANEOUSLY,
immediately when Messiah is here fulfilling the remaining 3 and 1/2 years of
Messiah's Ministry to Israel, which is the "time and times and the
dividing of time," which is the "42 months," which is the
"1260 days," spring 1984 though fall 1987, inclusive of all fall Holy
Days, Lev
23:23-44.

Again, this is unrevealed until Messiah’s return with this knowledge, but also
was hidden as well by Christendom’s ABORTING OF THE OT IN THEIR ASSUMPTION

From that gross neglect of OT, when Paul only had OT to speak from, Act 26:22, it just
seems logical when it says the “fullness of the Gentiles,” after which Messiah
comes, is when all the Gentiles that are to come into Paul’s message has added
the last one. And I will be the first to admit, it does seem logical, and my dad
used to teach it just that way, spot on.
Well, it is spot on wrong!!! Paul is referring to
the negative of Lev 26:18, in Romans
11:7; 11:25-27, as was Jesus in Luke 21:24. It was
still running into the 20th Century unmanifested as finished, from
537 BCE to 1984.

OT neglected in assumption “it does not matter as much as NT,” along with false
prophets of Christendom, is the principal deception in lack of study that has
led to the degraded state of Christendom now properly fulfilled and eclipsed by
higher enlightenment in the coming of Messiah to Israel to indeed fulfill what
was not fulfilled of the OT, whereby Christendom has been caught, “like a thief
in the night.” This has been divinely programmed so that all nations NOW can
come up to Jerusalem and learn properly and walk in THE EVERLASTING GOSPEL,
that states, . . .. all has been, is, and ever will be by the Almighty’s plan,
finished before the foundation of the world. Amen.

The period of time from 30 CE, the Age of Grace, the open door to the Gentile
remnant to be part of the one body of Christ, is WITHIN the greater time period
of the Seven Times more, TIMES OF THE GENTILES, Lev
26:18-39, Luke 21:24, given
solely and ONLY to Israel as a judgment, a negative. The Age of Grace from 30
CE, a positive, occurs WITHIN that time period SEVEN TIMES OF THE GENTILES, which
started in 537 BCE AFTER the Babylonian Captivity of 70 years, a negative. The
Age of Grace is NOT that time period, and is NOT that to which Paul is speaking
in Romans
11:7; 11:25-27.

The NATION of Israel in blindness since 607 BCE Babylonian Captivity, did not
repent by 537 BCE the end of the 70 years, Daniel 9:13.
Therefore, that blindness is extended into the Seven Times starting 537 BCE and
running unmanifested as finished into the 20th Century to 1984, 7 x
360 = 2520 years. However, those of the remnant of Israel, DID receive Messiah
in his rejection, he, then, reigning only and solely from heaven since 30 CE, Hebrews 1-2.

still under the GREATER TIMING OF ISRAEL’S BLINDNESS, the Times of the
